Keeping track of your receipts is easy using the True Link mobile app. You can now upload receipts to your transactions using the True Link mobile app, and view your uploaded receipts anytime. How to add receipts to transactions using the mobile app:
- Log in to the Mobile App
- Tap the the transaction for which you would like to upload a receipt
- Tap “+Upload New”

- Tap your preferred upload method:
- Take a photo with your camera
- Select from camera roll
- Upload a file

Take a photo of your receipt, select the receipt image from your camera roll, or select the receipt image from your files, then tap “Use photo.” You will see a green message pop up at the bottom of your screen that says “Uploading your document . . .”

- You will now see your receipt file with three blue dots next to it, and below it, an option to “+Add another attachment.” Your receipt has been uploaded!
How to view or delete receipts from the mobile app:
- From the mobile app, tap “See all transactions”
- Transactions with receipts uploaded to them will appear with a paperclip icon and the words “Uploaded”
- Tap on the transaction to view the transaction details. Towards the bottom of the screen, you will see the receipt file. Tap on the three horizontal blue dots to the right of the image file to view or remove an attachment. Please note that you will only be able to remove attachments you have added. Attachments added by the Card Administrator can only be removed by the Card Administrator

While it is also possible to upload receipts from the True Link online dashboard, it is not possible to view receipts from the True Link online dashboard at this time.
