A PIN can be set for your True Link Visa® Prepaid Card 24/7 via our automated phone system.
To set a PIN on a True Link Visa Card:
- Call 1-800-299-7646.
- Press 4 to set or reset your PIN.
- Press 1 to continue in English (para continuar en Español, por favor presione el numero dos).
- Press 1 to confirm you want to reset your PIN.
- Enter your 16-digit True Link Card number followed by the # key.
- Enter the last 4-digits of your SSN followed by the # key.
- Enter the 4-digit PIN that you would like to use, followed by the # key.
- For confirmation, re-enter the 4-digit PIN that you have created, followed by the # key.
